General Information
Additional Attendees: Please photocopy registration form for additional attendees.
Dress: Appropriate dress is casual business attire (slacks, collared shirts for men;
comparable dress for women).
Cancellations: Cancellations received 14 days prior to the Conference March 1-4
will be charged an administrative fee of $25.00. After 14 days no refunds will be
made. Any cancellations need to be submitted in writing to the Show Office.
Confirmation: Registrations must be received by Feb. 17th to receive advance
pre-printed badge and confirmation letter. After the 17th, badges will be held at
the registration desk for pick up.
Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance.
Recertification Credits
Pesticide Applicator recertification credits
have been requested for New York and New
Jersey. Education Points (EPs) have been
approved by the GCSAA; recer tification
credits have been requested for NENLCC
and STMA (CSFM), MCH, MCLP, and AOLCP.
Rhode Island pesticide applicator and
recer tification contact hours have been
approved for the sessions below. The equivalent
categories have been approved in Massachusetts,
Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire
and Vermont.
Note: A form will be provided for verification which
will be stamped after each completed am or pm session.
Attendance verification will NOT be available at
other times. Where more than one presentation is
approved per contact hour, applicator must attend
all presentations to receive credit.
